About Competitive Soccer

The FL Premier FC (FPFC) Competitive Program is designed for Boys and Girls ages U9-U19. The Competitive Program provides a positive environment for players who demonstrate the necessary talent, skill, commitment, good sportsmanship, and desire to continue to develop and compete at the highest levels.  It requires travel to local, regional, or out-of-state games and tournaments, for players and their families. Individual teams compete at various levels depending on the competitive needs of the players involved.

Competitive teams are formed in the spring of each year through open tryouts and evaluations. Players are accepted to their team from July 1 to June 30th the following year but are committed to a ten-month (10-month) playing season (1 August - 31 May).

Youth Academy: U7 (2016)  -  U8 (2015)  -  U9 (2014)  -  U10 (2013)

Our U8/U9/10 Academy program concentrates on developing ball skills and decision-making in the game while creating a fun and dynamic atmosphere for players. Teams play 7v7, allowing players to learn by playing while enjoying being part of a team.

Players practice 2X a week with a licensed coach and play in the CDL or USA leagues from November- April. Teams also participate in tournaments throughout the season.

U11 (2012)  -  U12 (2011)

This program is for players who want to continue to improve individual skills while being challenged in a team environment. Coaches focus on expanding player abilities, skills, and game aptitude while introducing team tactics. Teams play 9v9, adding mid-field play and the merging of technical, tactical, and psychological elements of the game. Ultimately, players are prepared for the advancement to 11v11.

Players practice 2-3x a week and participate in Pre-ECNL, NPL Dev, CDL, and other Competitive leagues, as well as several tournaments throughout the season.

U13 (2010)  -  U19 (2004)

The U13-19 program is meant for focused, highly motivated, and talented players who want to experience the personal growth and developmental benefits of high-level, specific, and professional coaching. Players are provided the opportunity to play against local, regional, and national competition with ability-level formed teams. Focus is on teaching skillful, possession, and attacking soccer. Coaches constantly push players in practice and games to achieve the next level of play.

Players practice 2-4X a week and participate in ECNL, ECNLR, NPL, FPL, CDL, and other Competitive leagues, as well as several tournaments/showcases each year.
